Modelling for ihaterealwork.com is empowering! With so many women involved in the shooting process, the product we create is awesome.

Not because the shoot team is all female - although that's a cause for celebration in itself! - but because the staff take pride and personal satisfaction in what the company creates. Models feel their bodies, minds and sexuality are cherished. That they are being valued for being themselves. Does it get any better? And not just that, but that thousands of people are seeking them out and enjoying them for who they are.

When you shoot with ihaterealwork.com, there's no pressure to do more. While more revealing posing levels do pay more (and increase the chance of more work), they are absolutely not required. Our minimum posing level is fully nude (legs closed).

Shoot days are a little chaotic and a LOT of fun! Locations we shoot at are vetted by the team, are kept private, are clean and warm. In summer we shoot outside in protected areas and dependent on the model's comfort level.

Inside or out, you're treated like a respected and valued member of the team; unique as a snowflake, beautiful and sexy.

If your shoot is during the day, we'll shout you lunch. If you ever travel for ihaterealwork.com, we put you up in a 5-star hotel.

All the gear that ihaterealwork.com uses is of a professional level and of the highest quality. That means the images and video are high quality, the gear is reliable, and staff are well trained in how to use it. That's really empowering for our shooters, and comforting for our models.

Plus, with literally the best gear out there, our models can't help but look amazing in the final product.

ihaterealwork.com is comitted to the safety of models and staff - on shoots, and in the office. All our electrical equiment is meticulously tested and tagged. All shoots have a designated safety officer, the Shoot Manager. Each model fills out a safety form at the start of her shoot, so in case anything happens we know what to tell a doctor. (We have never needed to use this info but it's reassuring to know.)

Our shooting crew (photographer, videographer, and Shoot Manager) are all female, 22 to 28 years old. Some of them have been models on the site before.

No guys are allowed on set! That means no men who perve or get touchy-feely.

The Shoot Manager is there for you! Her job on set is to make sure you have everything you need. You'll feel part of the team, and be respected your whole time with us (and forever after).
