We often get models back for more shoots. While we don't offer full time or part time modelling jobs, our best models are regularly requested to come in for more work, and continue to be well-paid. (Often when a model has done more shoots, her next projects are better paid.)

We have employed many models in other full-time jobs at IHRWHQ, including office, booking and shooting roles, who have gone on to develop into a range of other careers, including independent professional photographers and managers.

We keep our models' information extremely confidential, and don't make personal information available to any non-staff members. Real names are never used on the website.

ihaterealwork.com models are invited to participate in the model community - an exclusive, private club with no website members around to butt in. Models regularly organise parties, or just chat on the discussion boards.

Models get mountains of fan mail from members, which they can choose to reply to on the discussion boards (or simply bask quietly in the glow of being adored).

Models can win prizes (gift vouchers, cameras, phones, iPods, etc) when participating on the discussion boards on the site.
